Follow-up

The Chocolate Chili
2 pounds ground beef
2 small/medium onions
2 celery stocks
2 cups spicy V8 (you can use regular if you'd like)
2 cans kidney beans (keep the stock)
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp curry powder
1/3 cup Travelers Spicy Chocolate

In a large pot add everything except beef. Turn on medium high heat. Brown beef in a pan, drain fat and put beef into the pot. Mix it all up, cover, and let cook on low heat for two hours.


The Chocolate Salad Dressing

before you turn your nose in the air, you should try this.
One bag mixed young greens
one green pepper sliced or diced
About 1 cup of cauliflower
carrots sliced or diced
Summer squash, about a cup
Chopped pecans, about a handful

Dressing (make ahead about 10 minutes)
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup Traveler's Rich chocolate
2 tblsp olive oil
2 tsp red wine vinegar
pinch of salt and pepper (optional)

Heat the water and chocolate together in microwave for about 15 seconds, stir return to microwave for about 10 seconds stir (repeat until chocolate is melted and NOT BOILING). Add oil and red wine vinegar. mix together and enjoy your chocolate salad.
