The picnic table in the tree yard highlights memories hidden on most days. My oldest built it one sunny afternoon and set it in the orchard. Over time it has moved yards, been used as a step stool, ladder, a mountain, and cave. It has held picnics and supported quiet conversations. I believe today it will present an after school treasure of soft white chocolate.
1 can evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter
(bring those three to a boil - stirring)
Reduce heat and continue to boil for 4 minutes.
Remove from heat and mix in 8 large marshmallows
Add two cups white chocolate
Pour into dish and let sit 3 hours
Eat with a spoon!
