Holy Bonkers... Chocolate Linguini

1/4 butter, 1 1/4 cup cream, 1/2 clove garlic (optional), 1 cups parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup rich Travaler's chocolate, 1/4 cup frsh parsley.
Melt butter in a medium saucepan
over medium low heat. Add cream and simmer for 5 minutes, then add
chocolate, garlic, and cheese and whisk until incorporated. Serve and enjoy!!
